Once the quotation is approved, the execution phase begins with the development of a detailed project schedule. At this stage, there is also a handover from the designers to the realization team. The project manager schedules a meeting to discuss the details with you, review all necessary information, and create a detailed plan that aligns with your requirements and timeline. During this meeting, you will also be informed about all relevant details regarding the project’s realization.
The project manager serves as your dedicated point of contact, overseeing the entire process from planning to execution. They monitor progress, coordinate all involved parties, and ensure that the project is completed according to the agreed-upon terms.
In the production phase, all necessary items, such as furniture, sofas, custom-made pieces, flooring, walls, and any technical installations, are ordered. The project manager monitors the progress of procurement and production to ensure the schedule is maintained. After production, the installation phase begins, where the implementation team works closely with you to properly place and install the interior.
After the installation is finalized, the completion and handover phase begins. The project manager conducts a thorough final inspection to ensure that everything meets the agreed-upon standards.
